Notary Public Office of JUDr. Dagmar Bizonova Bizonova is situated in the centre of the town of Nitra in the Farska Street. It is open for public during the office hours and in case of an individual agreement with the client also at another time.

Notarial Public Office of JUDr. Dagmar Bizonova carries out all acts of notarial work in compliance with the provisions of the Act No. 323/1992 Coll. (Notarial Order) as well as the function of a commissioner.

Notarial pledge: ""I swear by my honour and conscience that I shall be governed by the Constitution and other laws as well as other generally binding legal regulations, and shall apply them to my best knowledge and conscience, upon performing notarial function. I shall carry out the activities of a commissioner independently, objectively and fairly, and shall observe the obligation of taciturnity concerning all facts, which I shall encounter in connection with the notarial activity".

Each natural person and legal entity is authorized to choose a notary freely (with the exception of the activity of the notary - commissioner in an inheritance procedure). A notary must retain his/her professional detachment and independency during the period of his/her mandate; as a trustee of his/her client the notary is bound with taciturnity.
